What to include
- Your order number (it's in your order confirmation email)
- The name or email address on the order
- A photo, if an item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong
Where's my order?
Every shirt is printed to order and ships within 2 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days. We email you tracking when your order ships.
If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or it's been more than 15 business days since your order shipped, email us. You choose a reship or a full refund. Our Shipping Policy has the full details.
Tracking says delivered but you can't find it? Check around your door, ask neighbors, and contact the carrier. Then email us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Changing or canceling an order
Email us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order until it goes to print, which often happens the same day. If the shipping address is wrong, we'll cancel and refund the order so you can reorder with the right address.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item?
Email us your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery (or until January 31 for holiday orders, if that's later). You choose a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund you.
Returns
Changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size? Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions and the return address. Shirts must be unworn and in their original packaging, and you pay return shipping. Orders placed November 1 through December 24 can be returned until January 31 of the following year, or 30 days after delivery, whichever is later. Our Refund Policy explains how it works.
Charges on your statement
Your card statement will show NIFTYGIFT.SHOP, sometimes with an "SP" prefix. If you see a charge you don't recognize, email us and we'll help you match it to an order.
